I also do Checkdisk scans and defrag with O&O Defrag once a month (I did both this weekend) and I scan my computer with Ad-Aware, Spyware Doctor, PC-Cillin and TuneUp Utilities' TuneUp DiskCleaner, TuneUp Registr圜leaner and TuneUp Registry Defrag once a week. To try to speed it up, I reinstalled Windows XP Pro and reduced my primary hard drive disk space usage to just over 50%. I'd greatly appreciate some advice as to how I can speed it up.
